What we collect via the contact form

When you submit the form, we process: name, work email, website URL, optional company name, optional target market, optional agency checkbox, and message content. A honeypot field may be submitted by bots and is discarded. Submissions are delivered through Formspree (formspree.io) to our inbox.

Why we process it

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, scope a potential engagement, and keep basic records of business correspondence. The legal basis is legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract.

Client site data and reporting access

If we work together, you may share analytics access, Search Console views, or site lists. We use that information only to deliver and report on the agreed Italian link building work. We do not sell client data. Access should be least-privilege and revoked when the engagement ends unless you ask us to retain reporting archives.

Processors

Formspree processes form submissions. Hosting and DNS providers process server logs needed to deliver the website. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics scripts on this site as of the date above.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained as long as needed for the sales and delivery relationship, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention schedule and legal obligations. Server logs are kept only as long as the host retains them for security and operations.

Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact fabi@site-media.co.uk. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

International transfers

Formspree and hosting providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms provided by those vendors.
