Scope of services

Client obligations

Payment

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from SEO outcomes. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited as stated in that engagement's agreement.

You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt to break security controls, or reuse site content as if it were your own agency deliverable without permission.
