Parties and placeholders

Services are offered by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], operating this site as Link Building Italy. Governing law and venue: [JURISDICTION]. Replace the bracketed placeholders before relying on these terms in a signed contract.

Scope of services

We provide Italian-market link building and related consulting as described in a statement of work or proposal. Website content is informational and does not itself create an engagement. Public pages intentionally omit pricing; fees appear only in a separate agreement.

Client obligations

You agree to provide accurate target URLs, approve or reject publisher shortlists in a reasonable time, and ensure you have rights to the pages and claims we are asked to promote. Delays in approval delay delivery.

Publisher independence

Italian publishers are independent third parties. They control editorial decisions, publication timing, labelling, and whether a page remains live. We do not control their CMS after publication.

Link permanence and replacements

No link is permanent. If a placement is removed within the replacement window stated in your agreement, we will discuss a replacement according to that agreement. Outside that window, replacements are discretionary or newly scoped.

No ranking or volume guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or a fixed number of links independent of publisher acceptance. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your on-page quality and competitor activity.

Payment

Payment terms, invoices, and taxes are handled under the separate commercial agreement. This site does not collect payments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from SEO outcomes. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited as stated in that engagement's agreement.

Site use

You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt to break security controls, or reuse site content as if it were your own agency deliverable without permission.
